The company’s independently developed products – “Mono- and Diglyceryl Fatty Acid Esters” (also known as Distilled Monoglycerides (DMG) and Glycerol Monostearate (GMS)) are our company’s core products. These products are produced by reacting Hydrogenated Palm Oil containing C16 and C18 with Glycerin through Molecular Distillation Technology. It is a mixture of glyceryl monostearate and glyceryl monopalmitate, is one of the internationally recognized harmless non-ionic surfactants that can be added in unlimited amounts. This product can be widely used as a food additive. It is an important improver and emulsifier for making high-quality flour products. It can be used as a foaming agent for cakes, a plasticizer for candy and chocolate, an emulsification stabilizer for ice cream, and a stable thickener agent for beverages, meat product starch and potato products, biscuits, spicy puffed food improver, food defoaming agent, yeast protective agent and fruit preservative.
