The Company’s Articles of Association has been amended several times, the latest amendment of which was drawn up in Notarial Deed No. 22 of Kamelina, S.H., dated February 25, 2021. The amendment to the Articles of Association has received Notification of the Amendment to the Articles of Association No. AHU-AH.01.03-0143407 and Acceptance of Notification of Changes in Company Data No. AHU-AH.01.03-0143409, both dated March 5, 2021.
